High elastic waterproof coating

igh elasticity waterproof coating is a high performance waterproofing coating made of high-grade acrylic emulsion as raw material, with various auxiliaries and fillers as scientific basis. It is an upgraded product of ordinary waterproof coating. Due to the addition of a variety of polymer additives, the waterproof performance of the product is better than that of ordinary waterproof products. At the same time, it has high tensile ductility and can cover cracks.

Product characteristics

1. It is highly elastic and can resist the slight vibration of the building, and can cover the cracks less than 8mm caused by thermal expansion and contraction, cracking, sinking and other reasons;

2. It can be directly constructed on the wet base surface, and is suitable for the corner of the wall and the seepage part around the pipeline;

3. The active components in the coating can penetrate into the pores and microcracks in the cement base surface and produce chemical reaction, thus forming a layer of crystalline and dense waterproof layer;

4. It can be directly used in drinking water engineering;

5. It is acid, alkali and high temperature resistant, with excellent aging resistance and good corrosion resistance, and can be used outdoors with good weather resistance;

Scope of application

It is suitable for waterproof, impervious and moistureproof of roof, toilet and bath room, basement, water reservoir and wall.

Base treatment:

Ordinary base level

1. The surface must be flat, solid and clean, free of oil, mold release agent, floating dust and other loose animals;

2. For large holes and cracks, repair mortar should be used first;

3. The precast slab and slab joint shall be sealed before construction;

4. It is recommended to seal screws and bolts with epoxy resin or similar materials;

5. Before using the KSF high elastic waterproof slurry, the base surface must be fully wetted with clear water, but at the same time, there should be no ponding;

6. For loose and porous base materials, especially cement fiberboard, the interface treatment must be carried out before the application of waterproof slurry;

construction technology

1. Pour the liquid additive into a clean mixing container, then slowly add the powder while mixing according to the proportion, and fully mix for 3-5 minutes until a uniform paste without powder is formed, and use up within the operation time. It is suggested to use mechanical stirring (400-500 RPM) to obtain the best mixing effect;

2. Use roller and brush to brush the slurry evenly on the treated base material, and brush two or more layers according to the use environment and performance requirements; the thickness of waterproof layer of general engineering is 1mm, and the thickness of underground engineering construction specification is 1.5-2mm;

3. After finishing the first layer, the second layer must be made after it is slightly dry (rigid or not sticky), which generally takes 1-3 hours, depending on the compactness of the base surface and the temperature at that time. If the coating has been cured for more than 24 hours, the surface must be moistened with clear water before applying the second layer;

4. Curing: from the second day after the slurry is applied, it is recommended to cover the coating with water spray or wet cloth for 2-3 days, and then carry out the closed water test; for the long-term water tank, it should wait for two weeks before water filling;

5. Generally, the mixed slurry should be used up within 1 hour, and the solidified material can not be reused;

6, do not mix with water, and do not change the proportion of emulsion at will.
