Base level preparation
1. The base material must be firm, flat and clean, free of dust, grease, wax, release agent and other debris;
2. Before the slurry is applied, the base material shall be fully wetted in advance, but there shall be no ponding.
construction technology
1. Brush or spray the mixture evenly on the wet base material with a hard brush, roller or shotcrete machine;
2. For layered construction, the brushing direction of the second layer shall be perpendicular to the first layer to achieve the best covering effect;
3. The thickness of each coating shall not be too thick, and the thickness of one coating shall not exceed 1mm to facilitate curing.
